I think it depends whether on DVD or not For the DVD box set seasons there are 4 season of Naruto I think and so far 8 complete seasons of Naruto Shippuden, I think the 10th will be the last I do know including filler that there are 2 Naruto Episodes and 500 ShippudenNaruto Shippuden Box Set 1 contains 3 discs for a total of 13 episodes Shippuden brings us back to the main story line of Naruto Picking up with Naruto returning to Konohagakure (The village hidden within the leaves) approximately 2 years after he left to receive training from the Great Toad Sage Jiraiya; I'm glad that fans didn't have to wait too long for Naruto Shippuden to be released in multidisc sets It was originally put out in the traditional 4 episodes per disc single volume style, but that method has thankfully all but vanished from the anime market in the US This second Naruto series is a bit darker than the first
